About The Author<\/h3>\n

A distinguished constitutional expert, advisor and advocate, Dr Subhash Kashyap is a well-known author and scholar. He has held some of the highest posts in India and abroad. Former Secretary-General of Lok Sabha, he has received many national and international honours and awards including Padma Bhushan and Doctor of Laws (LL D). Currently, he is Honorary Professor at the Centre for Policy Research and President of the Indian National Bar Association (INBA) and Rashtriya Jagriti Sansthan (RJS).
